Responsibilities:
- Represent the ability to maintain several deadlines and duties while staying organized and maintaining professionalism.
- Subcontractor outreach and database maintenance
- Facilitate the procurement and processing of subcontractor prequalification forms
- Preparation of Deliverables
- Help facilitate the daily organization of the department and project specific administrative requirements.
- Clerical support including but not limited to scheduling meetings, ordering and maintaining office supplies, covering the reception desk when required, assisting with various print, copy, and scan projects
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Professional demeanor
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently
- Dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Excellent telephone etiquette, written, and interpersonal skills
- Detail orientated and organized
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to perform routine functions on the Internet
- Must have the ability to comply with company policies and procedures
