Main Responsibilities:
1. Basic Ingredient Preparation:
- Assist with simple ingredient prep, such as cutting fruit, portioning ingredients, and basic packaging.
- Keep workstations clean and tools organized to support smooth kitchen and front-of-house operations.
2. Dishwashing & Utensil Cleaning:
- Wash all dishes, bowls, utensils, and kitchen tools used throughout the day.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the dishwashing area.
- Use dishwasher or hand-wash methods as needed; follow hygiene and safety procedures.
3. Kitchen Cleaning & Hygiene:
- Sweep and mop the floor, wipe down counters, shelves, and kitchen equipment daily.
- Take out trash regularly and clean garbage bins to prevent odors or pests.
- Support regular checks on fridges and storage areas to maintain a clean environment.
Requirements:
- Reliable and detail-oriented, with good hygiene habits.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take on daily tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
