Requirement- 2 years experience
- Must have HIV Testing Certification - HIV 101 to perform HIV Rapid tests such as Alere Determined
Job Duration- 6 months (or longer if additional funding is approved)

Responsibilities Patient Navigator:
- Provide individuals with basic introductory education regarding PrEP/PEP, sexual and behavioral risk assessments and health literacy
- Assist individuals with accessing PrEP/PEP services
- Conduct follow-up communication to encourage adherence, identify barriers, promote engagement in care
- Ensure proper collection, storage, and transmission of data used in reporting, research, and program evaluation
- Work with health care providers, nonprofit organizations, and community stakeholders
- Participate in community events, fairs, and festivals
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks
- Willing on to take on additional training and education
Responsibilities Admin Work:
- Help pharmacist/ owner with maintaining documents, applications, bills, supplies, and various office work
- Assist in designing marketing materials
- Tasks will be performed alongside or independent of patient navigator position
- Performs miscellaneous tasks such as submitting forms, researching ideas/topics, completing small errands, organizing areas in or around the pharmacy etc.
