We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that promotes the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of students. The Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, implementing educational activities, and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.
Duties
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing behavior management strategies to maintain a conducive joyful learning atmosphere.
- Provide a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment in Mandarin
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support the developmental needs of each child
- Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff to create a cohesive classroom environment
- Peacefully guide the children to solve conflicts
- Use positive language
- Ability to follow school policies and curriculum to guide children's development
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units
- At least 2 years of experience in an early childhood education setting
- Strong classroom management and observation skills
- Excellent communication skills with children and colleagues
- Demonstrated understanding of children's physical, emotional, and developmental needs
- Ability to supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Love working with children
- Patience and kindness
