The position also requires that the individual in this role ensures that Vermont Center-Based Child Care and Preschool Program Child Care Licensing regulations are maintained across all routines and daily activities.This position is expected to assist the classroom teacher with maintaining a warm and nurturing relationship with each child, supporting an environment that stimulates curiosity and celebrates diversity, and participating in a dynamic, child-centered curriculum that is grounded in hands-on exploration and play.
