We're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate Preschool Teacher who believes in creating a joyful, engaging, and safe environment for every child in their care.
What You’ll Do
As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in:
- Leading a developmentally appropriate classroom for children ages 3–5
- Implementing lesson plans using Kiddie Academy’s Life Essentials® curriculum
- Supporting social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth
- Establishing strong relationships with children, parents, and team members
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Observing and documenting each child’s development
- Participating in regular training and professional development
- Communicating effectively with families about daily activities, progress, and any concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- CDA credential (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in a licensed early childhood setting (preferred)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills (preferred)
- Passion for working with young children and a deep understanding of child development (required)
