Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the classroom
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and other daily activities
- Assess the developmental needs of each child and provide individualized attention and support
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students in a daycare or childcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning activities
