Position: President, DODD Services (per OAC Names/License)
Job Description (per OAC 5123‑2 & 5123‑9):
We seek an executive leader to oversee all DODD‑licensed residential and day services in compliance with OAC 5123‑2 (Health and Safety Standards, Staffing, Individual Programming) and OAC 5123‑9 (residential services regulations). The President will ensure all programs are state‑compliant, client‑centered, fiscally viable, and safety‑focused.
Essential Duties:
- Design and enforce policies for service delivery, staff qualifications, training, supervision, incidents, and client rights in accordance with OAC rules.
- Lead recruitment and retention of dependable staff, ensuring direct‑care ratios as required.
- Set baseline service projections (e.g., number of consumers served, revenue targets).
- Pursue growth—develop partnerships, expand capacity, enhance referrals—and report measurable outcomes.
- Submit annual growth bonus calculation based on exceeded baseline performance metrics.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000/year, exempt status.
- Annual Bonus: A percentage of revenue or client‑service growth beyond baseline projections.
- Benefits: Standard employee benefits, TBD.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding of Ohio DODD regulations, with leadership experience at program or executive level.
- Proven success in scaling services and managing budgets.
- Skilled at building high‑competency, reliable teams.
