Duties
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on pricing initiatives.
- Collect and maintain data related to pricing changes and customer feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries related to pricing and product availability.
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate discounts, markups, and promotional pricing effectively.
- Assist in the development of pricing models that enhance profitability while remaining competitive.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust pricing strategies based on data analysis.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math concepts is essential for this role.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in data collection or analysis is a plus, as it will aid in making informed pricing decisions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
