We are seeking a Sr. Pricing Operations Lead to join our team and help build and scale Klaviyo’s Pricing Operations function. This role will drive operational readiness for product and pricing launches by assembling and leading cross-functional teams, identifying and managing dependencies, and ensuring smooth execution across the organization.
You will be hands-on, facilitating cross-functional meetings, documenting decisions, tracking actions, and managing projects related to pricing and SKU governance. You will also support the analysis, design, and implementation of new product configurations in our quoting and billing systems.
How You’ll Make a Difference
- Execute pricing operational processes: Develop, document, and drive pricing operational processes, sign-offs, and governance.
- Drive cross-functional execution: Coordinate execution across 20+ stakeholders, ensuring all teams are aligned for pricing and product launches.
- Lead program management: Track tasks, issues, risks, and system requirements to ensure successful launches.
- Communicate updates: Provide clear, concise updates to cross-functional teams and executive leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Support scalable growth: Help build the Pricing Operations function as we scale, identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of relevant experience in project management, pricing operations, or new product introductions, ideally in SaaS.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Systems teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, and driving accountability.
- Clear and credible communicator across different audiences, including executives and technical teams.
- Self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and go-to-market strategies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Stripe, Salesforce, Snowflake, billing systems, or pricing tools.
- Exposure to pricing strategy or policy execution in a SaaS context.
- Experience building operational processes from the ground up.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
