The Pricing Administrator ensures products are accurately maintained in company systems, creates uniform item descriptions and properly categorizes items within groups. This also includes monitoring cost changes and price changes effectively in multiple systems. The pricing administrator must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize pricing updates effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains spreadsheets, historical data and other information related to costs, quantities and customer specific pricing.
- Addresses pricing-related inquiries from several sources, such as buyers, marketers, teaming partners and customers.
- Ensures Promotional Pricing, EDI Pricing and Markdown changes are accurately applied in an efficient and timely manner.
- Assists in creation of profitability reports.
- Gathers cost information for new products in order to calculate profitability.
- Obtains current cost information for on-hand product to determine profitability.
- Prepares profitability reports i.e. Spreadsheets / Projections / Actual case movement and Comparisons.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Business or related experience preferred.
- Fresh Produce experience highly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a Pricing Role or other relevant experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications - Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel skills.
- High level attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with market research, data analysis and forecasting techniques.

Salary: $20.00-$24.00/hour
