- Provide frontline support for pricing inquiries from divisional business partners and branch operations
- Set up pricing for branches based on bids and internal customer requests
- Create and maintain contract profiles and implement customer pricing for branches
- Collaborate with Pricing Analysts to assist District and Branch managers, Sales Directors, and Outside Sales Representatives
- Process additional pricing requests, including item modifications on existing contract
- Research pricing inquiries from Branch Managers, Sales Directors, and Sales Representatives
- Manage data load files for price increases as directed by Sales Directors/Branch Managers
- Generate reports for District/Branch Managers on expiring contracts, customers without discount profiles, and customer classification
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Self-starter, capable of independent work
- Proficient with ERP and pricing systems like PriceFx, and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able to grasp light reporting tools like Tableau
- Quick learner, adept at adapting to changing demands
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
- Occasional travel flexibility
