Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations for patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnostic evaluations and patient needs.
- Perform procedures such as gastric lavage and infection control measures as necessary.
- Manage behavioral health issues, providing support and referrals when needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care, including case management and utilization review.
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems like Epic.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Stay informed about workers' compensation law to assist patients with related claims effectively.
- Provide toddler care as part of family-focused health services.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in primary care or a similar healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and patient management strategies.
- Familiarity with infection control protocols and practices.
- Experience in operating rooms (OR) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Background in case management is preferred, along with knowledge of utilization review processes.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
