Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our electronics manufacturing team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing a variety of printed circuit boards (PCBs), requiring a strong understanding of electronic circuitry, hands-on experience with component-level rework, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Diagnose and repair defective printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) using schematics, test equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
· Perform component-level rework and repairs, including soldering and replacement of surface-mount and through-hole components, in accordance with IPC standards.
· Conduct functional testing to verify repairs and ensure assemblies meet quality and performance specifications.
· Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineering, quality, and production teams.
· Perform AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) audits on finished products prior to shipment.
· Document all repair activities.
· Adhere to all established company procedures, processes, work instructions, and policies.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
· Assist with additional tasks, projects, and provide operational support, including helping production teams as needed.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· 3+ years of experience as a repair technician, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
· Familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
· Experience with repair of complex component repairs on PCBA.
· Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
· Ability to work both independently and within a team.
· Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
