We are seeking an experienced Bindery Operator to join our production team. As a Bindery Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our printed materials, from folding to saddle stitching. This role requires a strong attention to detail, and experience with bindery equipment operations.
Responsibilities consist of but not limited to the following.
Operate various bindery equipment
- Muller Martini Saddle Stitcher
- MBO Folder
- Die Cutting
- Cutter
Perform quality control checks to ensure that all materials meet the required standards, paying close attention to typography, color, and sample.
Assemble components for printed materials, such as brochures, magazines, and books.
Operate forklifts/pallet jacks to transport materials within the facility, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Maintain and perform routine maintenance tasks on bindery equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement new bindery techniques and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to promote growth and skill development.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Experience:
- Cutter: 1 year (Required)
- Mbo Folder: 1 year (Required)
- Stitcher: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
