Where teacher teaches concepts and student does the work on the computer. Pay rate depends on qualifications and job type. This includes paid holiday vacation time. REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have an Associate's Degree.
- Previous teaching experience.
- Be a practicing Christian with good moral character to align with our school's values.
- Willing to attend our annual curriculum training seminars.
- Successful results of Level 2 background checks and fingerprinting.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set appropriate goals for students and assign individual work.
- Be available to help students one-on-one with questions if needed.
- Have a basic knowledge of all academic subjects.
- Monitor and supervise students while they work to ensure a calm, quiet, environment with harmony in the classroom.
- Manage students effectively to deter any conflicts and enforce the requirements of good student behavior.
- Create lesson plans/activities for extra work if needed outside of curriculum.
- Maintain accurate and complete student records.
- Promote a positive atmosphere for learning.
- Encourage Christian character in students.
- Ensure classroom is cleaned and sanitized daily.
