Position Purpose: Lead/coordinate program, product and implementation projects across multiple functional teams while ensuring delivery excellence. Drive key business initiatives and solutions across the project while adhering to the prescribed methodologies. Oversee additional process and performance related initiatives to achieve continuous quality improvement in Buckeye Community Health Plan's and provider's performance.
***The Process & Performance Support Program Manager is primarily remote with annual travel expectations to Columbus, Ohio. Candidates that reside in Ohio or near it are preferred. ***
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage network development plans to achieve Centene's growth objectives.
Analyze metrics and report on trends in provider reimbursement changes.
Identify and implement strategies for network utilization improvement, reducing network spend.
Interprets and analyzes data from multiple sources including claims, provider, member, and encounters data. Identifies and assesses the business impact of trends.
Presents data-driven insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders, soliciting and incorporating feedback when required.
Manage cross functional activities related to project and program implementations to deliver programs on schedule, within budget and with superior quality.
Lead and motivate cross functional team members through building a positive team attitude, resolving conflicts and clearly communicating program objectives.
Act as single point of contact for all program related issues and escalations including risk management.
Communicate business objectives, program process as well as technical complexities of the program to key stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Ensure all program documentation is up to date and accessible.
Highly Preferred:
5+ years of project management and provider network management experience
Value Based Program knowledge
Proficient in Excel and Power BI tools
Strong organization and prioritization skills
License/Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year
