A growing plastics manufacturer in Gastonia is looking for a skilled and motivated Process Technician to join the second shift team. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical experience in injection molding and a hands-on approach to solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adjust injection molding parameters to address quality issues and optimize production
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to processing and auxiliary equipment
- Work with engineering-grade resins including those with glass, talc, and carbon fiber fillers
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in injection molding as a Process Technician or similar role
- Ability to troubleshoot molding processes and associated equipment
- Experience working with various thermoplastics, especially filled resins
- Solid knowledge of auxiliary equipment operation and maintenance
