Boeing Defense, Space, and Security is seeking Mid-Level Procurement Analyst (Level 3) to join our Procure to Pay Development team.

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.

Position Responsibilities:

Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external project

Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicator

Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-pla

Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goal

Supports the development and implementation of strategie
• s
Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flow
• s
Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholder
• s
Develops risk mitigation / system testing plan

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint

More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chai

More than 3 years of experience supporting customers across multiple program function

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferre

Experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business unit

Experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tool
• s
Experience with contracts, proposals, terms and conditions, schedule, pricing, government flow down

More than 3 years of experience with SAP S4HANA procuremen

Travel

Summary pay range:

Berkely, MO/Hazelwood, MO/Huntsville, AL/Mesa, AZ: $76,500 - $94,500

Tukwila, WA/ Everett, WA/ Ridley Park, PA: $81,600 - $100,800
