Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Launch Support
- Help manage the product launch process, coordinating setup and internal communications.
- Track product development timelines and milestones, providing updates to all relevant cross-functional teams.
- Assist with managing product samples, including ordering, tracking, and organizing them .
Cross-Functional Communication & Coordination
- Facilitate communication and information flow between the Product Department and other teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Production/Assembly, QC/QA, Customer Service, IT).
- Disseminate product updates, changes, and announcements to relevant departments .
Administrative & Operational Support
- Organize and maintain departmental files, samples, and documentation (both digital and physical)
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment specific to the Product Team's needs.
Product Documentation & Training Support
- Assist in the creation, editing and organization of product documentation (E.g. Product Decks, feature specifications, user manuals, FAQs).
- Support the development and distribution of training materials for new products or features for internal teams.

Skills and Experience:
Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software and project management tools.
- Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively cross-functionally.
- Passion for the beauty and nail industry.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination or support role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with project coordination or assisting with product launches is a BIG plus!
