Remote - full time, flexible hours. We are based in Grass Valley, California (East of Sacramento), but this position is fully remote with no travel required.

Our latest product is a platform that automates the provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts across various systems. We help organizations improve efficiency, security, and compliance through smart automation.
Who you are: Focused, productive, creative, able to work independently. Must be experienced and disciplined with working in a remote collaborative environment. We're based in California but our team of 10 is all remote and spans 6 states; we collaborate online and with occasional Teams meetings, but generally are self-managing our time and projects.
What we're looking for: We are looking for a skilled Product Implementation Analyst to lead client implementations of our new software product. This role combines project management, business analysis, and hands-on configuration. You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployments and high customer satisfaction.
Primary functions:
- Manage software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Configure our software based on client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate with systems like Active Directory, HRIS, and SaaS platforms.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of implementations.
- Gather and document client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Recommend improvements to provisioning workflows and system integrations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or business analysis in a software/SaaS environment.
- Experience writing and executing SQL queries.
- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and automation tools.
- Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
