Product Manager Responsibilities
- Drive product development with a team of engineers and designers.
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to F.b/c: Minimum Job Requirements and/or Alternative Job Requirements maximize user satisfaction.
- Define and analyze metrics that ensure the success of products.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
- Establish shared vision across our company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
- Engage in all stages of a product’s lifecycle and drive product development.
- Work with engineers and designers from ideation, technical design, and development to the testing, production, and/or release of the product.
- Design, develop, and modify product specifications to ensure our products are successful.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. Foreign equivalent accepted.
- Requires Completion of an undergraduate-level course, research project, or internship involving the following:
- 1. Product management or product design
- 2. Technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications or media products
- 3. Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
- 4. Creating examples through wire frames and mock ups
- 5. Developing social products, technologies, or platforms
- 6. Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team
- 7. Delivering technical presentations
- 8. Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data
- 9. Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution
- 10. Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design

$137,732/year to $154,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
