Where You Fit:
In this role, you'll be responsible for product vision and execution of Springbrook's ERP platform such as payroll, procurement, AP and AR automation which is used by local government agencies to manage their daily business operations. This is a high visibility role with an opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's core lines of business. You'll engage with the market to understand needs and lead an engineering team to translate those needs into the product. You'll be working on a modern SaaS-based software platform.

Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and become an expert on Springbrook's products, industry, and business model
- Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements
- Monitor KPIs and user feedback to continuously improve ERP functionality and performance.
- Serve as the voice of our many customers in design, development, and product decisions
- Create the goals that define the success of your product and build business process cases for your decisions
- Responsible for the overall business planning of your product in a cross-functional environment
- Lead efforts to continually improve product, process, and people to better serve your product's fit in the market by partnering with sales, engineering, support, and delivery
- Orchestrate product execution such as gathering requirements and building product features with engineering input
- Analyze potential partner relationships for the product
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to migrate legacy ERP systems to Cirrus product
- Develop an understanding of the competing products in the market and utilize this information as part of future product development discussions
- Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies
- Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience Product Management
- Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise SaaS software platform
- Proven stakeholder management skills working with a cross-functional team to influence and lead across all parts of the organization
- Experience defining and socializing new product features among various stakeholders such as Customers, sales, marketing, support, and delivery team
- Previous experience presenting product vision, business results and driving collaborative discussion amongst large teams, to business stakeholders and executives
- Experience as a scrum master/product owner in an agile environment
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree
- ~10% Travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in enterprise level payroll, financial software and/or workflow or compliance software
- A track record of measuring and reporting key performance indicators including revenue, market adoption, margin, and upsell/cross sell
- Background in enterprise SaaS, product architecture, or business systems analysis
- Priority given to candidates with technical ability to build Service Oriented Architecture methodology
- Technical fluency (e.g., understanding of APIs, databases, and ETL/ELT)
- Experience with AI driven methodology, ML, NLP, and AI agent integration is a plus as we continue focusing value creation through automation and optimization
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or ERP-specific certifications are a bonus.
