Your Responsibilities
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from product development and market introduction through series production to product phase-out
- Take ownership of the Optical Components product family and drive its strategic development
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize the profitability of your product portfolio
- Develop and implement product strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Prepare and maintain customer-facing quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation
- Support new product launches as well as product modifications and end-of-life activities
- Act as a key interface between technology, sales, and business functions to ensure successful product management
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Additional business qualifications or demonstrated commercial experience are considered a strong advantage
- At least three years of professional experience in product management or within an industrial technology environment
- Strong understanding of both technical concepts and business principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different functions and cultures
- Structured, self-driven, and results-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Fluent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
