Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery & Strategy
Lead product discovery efforts to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, OKRs, and roadmap for Momentive’s Marketing, Sales, Support and Professional Services platforms, which run on Salesforce.
Own backlog refinement sessions and prioritize features based on value, effort, and risk.
Agile Delivery & Sprint Planning
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for sprint planning.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Platform Ownership
Define and refine Salesforce CPQ configurations (pricing rules, product bundles, quote templates).
Oversee enhancements to features such as opportunity management, forecasting, and lead routing.
Ensure platform scalability, usability, and integration with ERP, billing, and customer support systems.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
Provide regular updates on roadmap progress, sprint outcomes, and platform performance.
Testing, Enablement & Continuous Improvement
Assess the impact on key stakeholder capabilities based on product updates.
Coordinate UAT and ensure features meet business expectations before release.
Develop documentation and support change management efforts.
Analyze usage data and feedback to inform future iterations and backlog grooming.
Additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager or Administrator in Salesforce environments.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Agent Cloud.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery metrics.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Administrator).
Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and sandbox management.
Background in B2B SaaS, manufacturing, or enterprise sales operations.
Other Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skills.
Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information.
