The Owner Liasion is responsible for professional, prompt communications between Property Home Owners, as well as potential clients.
Responsibilities
-Communicate professionally and promptly with owners
-Update owners on projects. Work closely with the maintenance team.
-Create Work Orders for any items that require action, other than a response.
-Send out quarterly Owners Newsletters
-Send out emails about proactive property care, when necessary
-Be sure all owners are in compliance with STR
-Pre Owner Arrival Inspections
-Onboard new properties
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines and manage projects effectively
