Product Owner

You will research publisher and creator needs, turn customer insight into product priorities, and write clear product requirements. You will coordinate delivery with design, engineering, and QA, manage work in Jira, track product metrics, and communicate product plans, research, and releases across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Research publisher and creator needs and market trends
• Turn customer insights into product priorities with the Product Director
• Write well-scoped product requirements documents
• Manage delivery from kickoff through release
• Organize backlogs and work in Jira
• Define and track product metrics
• Communicate project status, research, customer insights, and releases across teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or product ownership experience
• Experience shipping software with an engineering team
• Customer-research and product-insight skills
• Product requirements writing skills
• Experience managing backlogs and tracking work in Jira
• Cross-functional communication skills
• Knowledge of video game marketing, user acquisition, community building, and influencer campaigns
• Familiarity with creator platforms including YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or Kick
