  • Monitor customer engagement, satisfaction, and adoption indicators, identifying risks and coordinating appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Conduct regular customer touchpoints and adoption reviews to understand objectives, evaluate progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather and document customer feedback concerning product functionality, geoscience content, workflows, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Translate customer and market needs into clear input for Product Management, including functional requirements, priorities, and product-validation criteria.
  • Support customer participation in product evaluations, validation exercises, beta programs, and other continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain technical learning materials, workflow examples, demonstration content, and customer-facing product resources.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a technical product domain.
  • Professional experience in software product management.
  • Experience translating customer, market, or technical needs into product requirements, recommendations, or workflow solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across customers, Product Management, Sales, Services, and technical-development teams.
  • Strong technical communication, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Preferred

  • Degree or professional experience in Geoscience, Geology, Geophysics, Earth Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience supporting exploration, subsurface, basin evaluation, geological, or geoscience workflows.
  • Experience delivering technical customer support, software training, product demonstrations, or user-enablement programs.
  • Experience with Neftex products, geoscience datasets, SaaS solutions, or other digital technical-information products.
  • Familiarity with customer success, product adoption, customer health, or technical account-management practices.
