Join our team at Rustic Strength in Mansfield! We're looking for a dedicated individual to support our production and shipping operations. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys active work.
Duties
- Product Batching: Following formulations and instructions to create our products.
- Material Handling: Moving materials and finished goods on pallets.
- Shipment Prep: Securely wrapping pallets and ensuring they are ready for LTL shipping.
- Operations: Operate machinery and equipment on the line, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Quality: Perform quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards of quality control.
- Organization: Support warehouse operations by organizing materials and ensuring proper inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency within the manufacturing facility.
- Operate forklifts as needed to move materials around the production area.
- Cleaning drums and eco jugs with heated high-pressure washer.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Capable of standing for extended periods (up to 8 hrs).
- Able to walk 500 feet quickly and with ease, multiple times a day.
- Strong work ethic.
- Helpful if you have forklift skills, but not necessary
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
- Able to restack a pallet of 50lbs bags from one pallet to another.
