Production/ Job Planner:
Audubon Fence is seeking a candidate to manage the day to day ordering and installation operations. This is a full-time salaried position plus profit sharing bonuses. First year salary plus bonuses for the right person expected to be $85,000 plus with room for advancement.
Job responsibilities:
- Enter new clients into data base once deposit is secured.
- Set multiple installer’s schedules for those installations.
- Order material through online software and send clients a computerized rendering of the layout and picture of the style of fence they chose.
- Verify accuracy of those orders once received back from suppliers including materials, delivery dates, and addresses.
- Field phone calls from Installers from job sites in regard to missing material issues, measurement issues, or any other issues and correct problems immediately if possible, in order to complete jobs.
- Once the job is complete, verify from Installers if client has paid, if not send them an invoice electronically for payment.
We install 1500 + jobs per year so candidates MUST have excellent organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and have excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills a must.
Audubon Fence is one of the area’s largest and most established fence installation companies serving all of South Jersey for over 25 years.
Start time is at 7 AM Monday through Friday.
Valid Driver’s license is required.
