Production Planner Associate
Location: Bay Point, CA
Duration: 12-month contract
Schedule: 100% Onsite
Role Overview
The Production Planner Associate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities across client North American facilities. This role ensures optimal scheduling of manufacturing, inventory movement, and supplier replenishment to support customer satisfaction and inventory goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and monitor production plans based on demand and customer needs.
- Manage purchase orders for assigned suppliers or production lines.
- Track and report production performance against schedules.
- Execute and manage transfer orders between designated warehouses.
- Participate in inventory rebalancing and optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (e.g., BBA, Mathematics).
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
