Über den Bereich
Für den Bereich Production Quality suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Production Quality Manager (w/m/d) am Standort in Oberkochen.
Die Abteilung Production Quality ist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der effizienten Problemlösung in der Wertschöpfungskette und die präventive Absicherung und Verbesserung der Produktions- und Prüfprozesse.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Moderation der Problemlösung: Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Problemlösung gemeinsam mit dem Problemlösungsteam
- Einleiten und überwachen von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen am Produkt und im Montage- und Prüfprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion, Entwicklung, Quality und weiteren Funktionen
- Verifizierung, Validierung und Optimierung der Montage- und Prüfprozesse gemeinsam mit der Produktion
- Durchführung der Konformitätsprüfung und Bestätigung der Konformität vor Auslieferung von optronischen Systemen
- Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Abläufen im Zusammenhang mit der Qualität im zugewiesenen Produktionsbereich
Ihr Profil
- Produktions-, Fertigungs-, oder Wirtschaftsingenieur*in (oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Qualitätsmethoden zur Ursachenanalyse und zur Bewertung von Messmittelfähigkeiten (z.B. Practical Problem Solving, 8D, A3, Messmittelfähigkeitsanalysen, Six Sigma, usw.)
- Erfahrungen in interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit, idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fertigung und im Qualitätsmanagement
- SAP-Kenntnisse (Module QM, PP, weiterer)
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Montageumfeld von optronischen Systemen
- Eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise wird vorausgesetzt
- Hoch ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und die Fähigkeit, gemeinsam mit anderen Mitarbeitern aus interdisziplinären Teams Lösungen und Konzepte zu erarbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
