Production Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Production Manager to join our team! This role is responsible for overseeing the complete process of transforming design concepts into high-quality, visually striking structures. Specializing in retail displays, exhibitions, signage, and branded environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of production operations management expertise, millwork, and advanced fabrication skills working with various materials, including wood, composites, metal, and acrylic, with a deep understanding of visual design principles.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical drawings and estimate fabrication time and materials
- Build high-quality products and develop production schedules
- Manage timelines considering material sourcing, fabrication, finishing, and installation
- Ensure adherence to specifications and standards
- Minimize waste and implement quality control procedures to ensure visual accuracy and durability of products
- Lead and coordinate a team and communicate fabrication requirements
- Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and manage logistics
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in production planning, with experience in 3D custom fabrication project management
- Proven ability to multitask and manage details while remaining calm under pressure
- Organized and efficient, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, receptive to feedback
- Hands-on fabrication experience is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
