USA Production Manager
Trimax Mowing Systems is a family-owned company that designs, develops, manufactures and distributes tractor-powered mowing equipment. As we expand our existing manufacturing facility in Fayetteville, Georgia, we are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our Fabrication, Coating and Assembly teams.
You will primarily be responsible for producing a quality product in a safe and efficient manner. You will coordinate and lead a growing team across multiple disciplines ensuring that the team is aligned to our plans, are trained and have the right tools to succeed, and displaying our core values.

The Role
- Leading daily operations across fabrication, powder-coating, assembly and warehouse teams
- Driving a safety-first culture, promoting safe work practices and actively identifying and addressing risks.
- Improving quality, uptime, and flow across all production areas through effective training, process controls and QC checks.
- Resolving production issues and meeting production targets.
- Supporting hiring, training, and managing the performance of your team.
Skills and experience required
- 3+ years in a production leadership role (manufacturing or similar)
- Experience in mild steel fabrication and mechanical assembly, or similar fields
- Demonstrated leadership in safety, quality, and team performance
- Knowledgeable in lean manufacturing principles
- Capable with ERP systems and data
- Ability to carry out tasks in the facility - including lifting, maneuvering equipment and parts from time to time.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
