Job Summary
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the manufacturing process in a warehouse or factory setting. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the assembly line
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Train new employees on proper manufacturing procedures
- Schedule and prioritize production orders to meet deadlines
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the manufacturing process
- Maintain inventory levels for raw materials and finished products
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory
- Knowledge of mechanical processes and assembly line operations
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and operate forklifts
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of production workers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address production challenges efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,832.00 - $73,716.00 per year
Schedule:
- Weekends as needed
