We make products for the home locally here in Hawai'i, in our Manufacturing Facility in Kapolei, and service our customers through our retail locations throughout the Hawaiian Islands. We are paying $16.50/h+ for a full-time Printer & Print Shop Production Worker to assist in the manufacturing of art, home decor and gifts/souvenirs. There is the potential to earn more after 90 days of successfully performing in the position and opportunity to grow over time through employee profit-sharing. Employee benefits include: medical coverage, 401K, paid time off and employee discount (25% across all three brands). We are looking for candidates who enjoy being productive & working with their hands, are detail-oriented and like working on a team. Responsibilities:
- Complete orders according to deadlines
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Produce work orders to specs with quality and attention to detail
- Operate heat presses & other machines, use various hand tools
- Work in a team environment
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Reliability
- Ability to stand on feet for 8h a day
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more, preferred
- Comfortability and ability to operate machines and work with pneumatic tools
- Computer skills, preferred
- Basic mathematical knowledge, experience/ability to read a tape measure
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn & grow, positive attitude
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule: M-F
- 8am-4pm, we can be flexible
