Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including hotels and residential properties. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that every space is clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests and residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities within time limits given.
- Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist in housekeeping management by adhering to established cleaning protocols and schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Follow safety guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning and floor care.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Very fast paced environment.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas.
- Positive attitude at all times is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
