What You’ll Do:
- Clean residential homes using our efficient systems and checklists
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service that makes clients smile
- Follow instructions and policies — speed is not the goal; efficiency and care are
- Work solo or on a team, depending on the schedule
- Clock in/out using an app and track tasks digitally
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with physical activity (lifting, bending, reaching)
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and smartphone required
- Prior cleaning experience a plus but not required — we train you!
Pay & Benefits:
- Average pay after training: $15–$20+ per hour
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- No nights, no weekends – Monday through Friday schedule

Coverage Area:
You’ll serve homes throughout the East Texas area — from Longview to Waskom. Reliable transportation is required.
