Profit Center Manager - Kingdom Inc.

As an ideal candidate, you have a track record of outstanding managerial experience. You’ve previously managed business units in the day-to-day activities including sales, marketing, operational activities and profit/loss accountability. You will have a proven track record of leadership and team building.
Significant experience in the online arena is a plus. THE ROLE:
Identify market opportunities then develop and execute business plans for the Kingdom Electronics and Supply Profit Center
○ Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased sales, marketing and operational growth
○ Grow the customer base, promoting and marketing products and services The role will include directing, motivating and developing existing staff and
supervisors and also the responsibility for appointing new staff.
Manage, maintain and monitor budgets, with P & L responsibilities, including maintaining inventory levels to meet customer needs effectively
Skills and Qualifications
● At least 5 years experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role with proven entrepreneurial thinking and attention to details of every aspect of the business unit
● Proven experience with marketing/sales strategy development
● Ability to facilitate and manage change, improvement and growth
● Superior leadership skills, with a focus on employee coaching and
development
● Proven ability with P & L responsibilities, financial and budgetary processes
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
● Strong capabilities with database and information systems software
● Previous Data analysis experience
● Prior industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
● Examine and improve existing marketing/sales approaches
● Examine and improve operational approaches, with attention to details
● Supervise employee productivity and counsel toward improved efficiency
with internal processes
● Work with internal supervisors to develop long-term strategic initiatives
● Create budgets and maintain P/L objectives, including inventory control
● Participate in competitive analysis and pricing strategy development

Pay: $40,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
