We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team in Escondido, Ca.
This position provides administrative and direct oversight to the IDD services to maintain all regulatory and organizational requirements and assuring ongoing quality of services throughout operations. Provides training to staff.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required; BA/BS in human services field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community based setting required.
- Experience in training professional and para-professional staff preferred.
- Quality Improvement experience preferred.
- ARF Administrator's certification and Registered Behavior Technician certification required within 90 days of hired date.
