Atlanta-based defense contractor is seeking a full time Contractor Program Manager (CPM) responsible for the management, performance, operation, plus have the full understanding, authority-to-act on all matters relating to the components, circumstances and expectations of the services and the contract.
PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of four (4) years of documented service contract management experience with team management and scheduling of workflow is required.
- Demonstrates baseline planning, organizing, directing, and facilitating skills.
- Manage and reviews completed work of others to verify accuracy and quality.
- Follows recommended approaches to assigned work. Supervises assigned staff and coordinates routine work activities. Monitors employee interactions and facilitates a productive working environment. Communicates instructions and policies in a consistent, effective and timely manner. Identifies and addresses concerns appropriately. Makes recommendations for possible solutions.
Specific Duties:
- Manage medical office clerk employees obtaining medical documentation necessary for medical processing and help with administrative tasks associated with obtaining medical documentation, to include retrieving records for military and civilian Electronic Health Records
- Manage and review completed work of others to verify accuracy and quality.
- Direct and recommend approaches to assigned work.
- Assigned staff and coordinates routine work activities.
- Monitors employee interactions and facilitates a productive working environment.
- Communicates instructions and policies in a consistent, effective and timely manner. Identifies and addresses concerns appropriately. Makes recommendations for possible solutions.
- Establish and implement communications process to ensure the COR has full transparency of the status of project activities.
- Ensure project success criteria are clearly defined and documented including measured against achievement of goals and can support Contractor recommendations to move ahead, correct, or terminate, as approved by the Government.
- Ensure project planning, execution, and closure and management policies are performed and adhered to in accordance with timelines provided and/or agreed upon by the COR.
