Job Summary
Program Manager – Food & Nutrition Services
Location: Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support foodservice operations across OhioMHAS facilities in collaboration with Morrison Healthcare leadership.
- Systematize and manage the use of MealTracker, the department’s diet and menu database system, ensuring accuracy and standardization across all sites.
- Collaborate with field teams to maintain consistency and compliance in dietary operations.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, onboarding, and training of foodservice personnel across facilities as needed.
- Support operational needs including process improvements, staff coordination, inventory oversight, and regulatory compliance.
- Act as a liaison between Morrison Healthcare and OhioMHAS leadership to ensure service alignment and client satisfaction.
- Track, report, and communicate progress on initiatives and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field; RD/RDN or CDM preferred but not required.
- 3–5 years of experience in foodservice management, healthcare operations, or program coordination.
- Experience with MealTracker or similar diet/menu management software strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel between facilities as needed, and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.
