The Essence of the Role:
The principal role of the Project Coordinator is to assist across the organization in on-going and ad-hoc tasks. This is accomplished through gaining an intimate knowledge of Connecting Point processes. This position focuses primarily on facilitating projects for our clients and internally. This role is centered around business efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Job Functions:
- Responsible for the incoming procurement receipt process. Receiving packages, sending order forms to procurement team, and places items in appropriate locations on shelves.
- Schedule projects and billable service tickets.
- Organize and label inventory on shelves.
- Verify all tickets within a project are concluded properly.
- Work with service engineers on scheduling conflicts and changes.
- Work to schedule meetings and on-site tickets with clients.
- Follow processes for closing out projects.
- Work with Sales, Account Management team, Service Team, and Network Operations Center team to schedule onboardings.
- Facilitate Kick-off meetings and ensure follow-up communications take place.
- Document all approved process changes.
Required Skills and responsibilities:
- In-office Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
- Have a general understanding of small business IT systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively communicate with business leaders and professionals.
- Detail oriented. Able to accurately follow corporate procedures and policies.
- Experience in self-managing projects or tasks with multiple steps.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize workload to ensure successful completion of responsibilities.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Valued Characteristics: Logical thinking and reasoning, attention to detail, creativity and innovation, team player, problem solving skills.
- Must be able to lift, up to, 30 lbs. on a regular basis.
Preferred Education, Training and Experience
- 1 year of applicable experience.
- Preferred business or technical degree.
- Experience with Excel.

Pay: $49,657.86 - $58,190.11 per year
