City Rise Safety - Project Management Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Renta/Project Manager Coordinator (PMC) will assist customers and project managers in daily rental project schedules, rental coordination with warehouse, traffic control processing as well as job costing, project evaluations, and weekly assessments. The position will schedule project timelines, equipment rental timelines and provide support to customers, traffic technicians, warehouse, accounting departments, purchasing agents and dispatchers.
POSITION DUTIES:
- Coordinate and input rental requests from customers, project managers or internal requests
- Communicate equipment needs and dates to Warehouse/ Inventory Manager
- Prepare rental orders or special TC projects for billing
- Capture and coordinate assigned customer requests for rentals, traffic control, permits or TCP’s.
- Participate and at times lead, pre-job meetings with customers and/or internal departments.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered or serviced on time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Be point of contact for vendors/subcontractors and customers when utilizing third party rentals
- Work with customer and cities to coordinate and secure permits as necessary
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Review and share project performance with manager and other departments
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders when assigned or point of contact
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress
- Review Traffic Plans to determine customer requirements
- Pre-job walks and post-job walks when requested
- Communicate all project changes to the right department
- Follow and adhere to Union Contract language when appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to accurately maintain financial and inventory records
Ability to work with various computer systems
- Ability to work nights and weekends if needed
Ability to multi-task and work in high-stress environments
Previous experience in project management is preferred
Previous experience in construction environment required
- Must be fluent in English/Bi-Lingual a plus
Ability to work independently
