JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator

Essential Functions
Project Documentation & Compliance — 35%
- Draft, review, and manage construction contracts, change orders, permits, and inspection scheduling
- Organize and archive all project documentation for easy access and audit readiness
- Track compliance milestones and regulatory deadlines
Coordination & Communication — 30%
- Act as liaison among Project Managers, Site Superintendents, city officials, utility companies, and other stakeholders
- Address field inquiries and resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary
- Facilitate building openings, inspections, quality control, and handover processes
Financial Monitoring & Administration — 20%
- Monitor project budgets by verifying bills, invoices, and expense tracking
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely payment processing and adherence to financial protocols
Data Management & Process Improvement — 15%
- Maintain accurate project data entry, updates, and reports in project management systems
- Conduct research and analyze project metrics to support continuous improvements in project operations
Education and Experience
Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to and from work

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Working knowledge of Windows 10 Pro operating system

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to maintain professional relationships

Physical Requirements
