The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and delivery of communication and marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating communication and marketing projects from start to finish.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
Communicate project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Support project managers with documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Identify and resolve potential issues or delays promptly.
Ensure quality standards and client requirements are met.
Collaborate with creative, technical, and client service teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
