Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Coordinate and track deliverables across multiple brands and client projects.
- Maintain project timelines, checklists, and deadlines.
- Ensure task dependencies are clear and follow-ups are completed.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the bridge between leadership, team members, contractors, and clients.
- Schedule and confirm meetings, calls, and deadlines.
- Document project updates and circulate weekly progress reports.
Execution Support
- Assist with marketing tasks such as posting content, scheduling emails, or uploading blogs.
- Help prepare contracts, invoices, or proposals.
- Manage project files, assets, and templates to keep systems organized.
Reporting & Accountability
- Track progress against project goals and KPIs.
- Alert leadership of roadblocks early and propose solutions.
- Maintain a simple dashboard to show project status at a glance.

Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in project coordination, operations, or admin management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Notion, Trello/ClickUp/Asana, CRM tools.
- Bonus: Exposure to marketing, websites, or events coordination.

- Part-time: 25–30 hours/week (flexible schedule).
- $20/hour starting, with growth potential as role expands.
- Remote-first, with occasional on-site coordination (if needed for events).
