Jivetel is a rapidly growing Telecommunication Company servicing Customers Nationwide.
We are in need of a talented, motivated Project Manager to provide excellent Customer Service and have top-notch organizational skills.
You must be able to consistently work from our Waterbury CT, office.
- Managing the workflow process for SIP Trunking, Premise-Based, and Large Hosted PBX Customers.
- Gathering and validating all pertinent information necessary to generate both preliminary quotes as well as final accurate proposals to be used for the future onboarding process.
- Oversee the onboarding tasks are being done in a timely fashion to maintain momentum and meet go live due date as well as within budget.
- Obtaining the necessary information in order to publish work orders or open tickets for sub-contractor or in-house resources responsible for the various tasks related to the installation and onboarding of customers.
- Managing escalations from onboarding reps to your supervisor or upper management.
- Customer retention - performing regular outreach to existing customers to gauge their satisfaction.
