We currently are a small group of well qualified individuals working as a team to do extraordinary projects. We work mainly in the hospitality and mixed-use development sectors. Our mission is to be fair and honest with developers, owners, designers and subcontractors to bring about the most successful collaboration on every project from pre-construction to delivery.
Commercial Construction Sr Project Manager Responsibilities:
The commercial Sr Project Manager will be responsible for quality, schedule, safety and budget for the entire project. The Sr Project Manager will interact directly with architects, engineers, owner’s subcontractors and inspectors. The candidate must be a self-starter, highly detailed oriented individual with significant attention to detail. This person will report directly to the managing partners.
The commercial construction project manager will be primarily responsible for:
Ensure that the plans and specifications are accurate and complete. Take ownership of project schedule, budget and quality for the project.
Assist in developing the schedule.
This person will manage RFI’s and submittals while understanding the construction process and lead times to keep the project on schedule while maintaining a high level of quality.
Lead OAC meetings with superintendents with updated reports and schedules
Oversee the punch-list and closeout process.
Work directly with the authority having jurisdiction
An understanding of current codes for all disciplines
Originating contracts and purchase orders
Responsible for job change orders and overall budget from start to finish
Successful Candidate should possess the following:
The commercial construction Sr project manager must have at least 8-10 years of experience with hospitality and mixed use ground up experience.
A bachelor’s degree or masters in architecture, engineering or construction management is required.
Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must.
Capability to self-manage and prioritize work with a broad view of goals and objectives, as well as work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
Able to use a computer or I-pad and proficient at scheduling and construction software to track rfi’s and submittals.
LEED construction experience is preferred but not required.
Salary, Term and Location:
This is a full-time, salaried position located in Park City, UT. Compensation is dependent on experience. Some travel may be required. Salary Range $120,000-$150,000 per year
