We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish within the glass industry. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion
- Order and track materials for job sites
- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Draft, edit, and manage project-related correspondence (emails, proposals, forms, and pay applications)
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including filing, scanning, and recordkeeping
- Provide excellent customer and client interaction throughout each project phase
- Perform data entry and create Excel spreadsheets as needed
- Support project-related administrative tasks and reporting as assigned
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the glass industry (required)
- Minimum of 4 years in an administrative support or project coordination role
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional multitasking and task prioritization abilities
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
Nice to Have (Preferred, but not required):
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Ability to read and understand contracts
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
